Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Submit Returns to our Return Centre within 30 days. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once we review and approve your return, we’ll send you instructions along with a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Important Notes
- No restocking fees on eligible returns.
- Promotional discounts and offer codes are non-refundable.
- Final sale, clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
