1. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. We process orders in 1–2 business days, and shipping takes 3–5 business days.

2. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $135.01 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that amount have a flat rate of $23.95.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United States.

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order is shipped.

6. What is your return window?

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.

7. Is return shipping free?

Yes, we offer free return shipping on all approved returns.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (subject to availability).

9. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please submit returns to our Return Centre within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.

10. How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
